Military, Law Enforcement, Fireman : $45.00
Cash Patient's Package :
$180.00 for 4 visits, making each visit $45.00

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We offer Military, Police, and Firemen discounts.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
